The Bear Ridge Metropolitan District is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado organized pursuant to the Colorado Special District Act, article 1, Title 32, C.R.S. The District functions to provide public improvements for its residents and is governed by an elected five member board. Bear Ridge Metropolitan District is committed to providing high-quality services to our community.
